On this hunt
for Ilímaussaq’s fluorescent minerals we've barely scratched the
surface, but managed to visit some fascinating spots on both the
north and south halves of the complex, recovering much exciting
specimen material.
The Ilímaussaq
complex is immense, extraordinarily beautiful, and almost totally
unexplored by ultraviolet methods. The area offers phenomenal
opportunity.
